went in to shop and spend $$$ but got literally no service not even a greeting at the door, understandable if i wasn’t seen to be coming in but the girl at the front just looked me up and down which was rude when I even smiled her way ?I know it’s a week day and you probably don’t want to be at work but good luck making sales & retaining customers if you’re standing around and acting like you’re too good to be there, especially when there’s so many other options at karrinyup as well to go.

Absolutely appalling customer service. We found the staff unhelpful, ill-informed and completely useless. My suggestion - avoid this store like the plague.As a repeat customer, I will no longer be spending my hard earned money at this deplorable store.

I was served by Josh- HIGHLY RECOMMEND his service! Josh showed immense professionalism and competency, helping me obtain a new pair of shoes. I was looking for a pair of casual shoes and he recommended the NMD’s. After explaining more about the shoe I was eager to buy a pair. It’s now my favourite pair of shoes and I always go out wearing them.Thanks Josh.

VERY VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ! DO NOT BUY FROM KARRINYUP STORE ! SUPER RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I wish I could give minus star. I am furious with the experience that we had at the store. I bought a pair of Nike's for my husband two weeks ago. However, he didn't liked them very much so we thought to return it. We went to the JD Sports Karrinyup store on Sunday afternoon. We explained that due to change of mind we want to return the shoes.The girl at the counter checked the shoes and went inside to discuss this with her senior. Then, another lady came out from the office with the shoes and without any questions or examination started blaming that the shoes were worn and that's why cannot be returned.When I started explaining that its exactly the same as we bought it. My husband didn't even wear it for a trial at home. The stickers, tags everything was intact. Still, she started accusing that it has been worn outside. When we explained, that the only time it was worn was at the store for trial. She started being all defensive that the store doesn't have dirt. We were frustrated that without any proper validation just by looking at the shoe they are blaming us for using the shoes.When I started justifying that its unacceptable as we never used it. She became angry and stated AS YOU HAVE BEEN RUDE

Returned shoes that were sent express by arrived after 10 days. Then then didn’t refund me properly and was given the absolute run around to get my money back. Their ‘processes’ do not suit the customer.

Today, I went in the store with my family just to look around for clothes and no staff came up to us and even checked if we needed help. I was browsing around the clothes and this female employee was judging me and eyeing me up and down which made me feel unwelcome and unwanted in the store. I didn’t do anything wrong, I didn’t mess up anything, all I was doing was just browsing like a normal customer would. My mum noticed and we felt like we were being racially discriminated because of how we appeared at the store.And as we were paying at the counter the girl cashier was rude and said there were no more bags to put our purchases in. I don’t know if she couldn’t be bothered giving us one and lied, but as we were leaving the shop, my mum decided to take the a photo of the sales section of bags and caps which were close by the counter and the cashier girl ran after us accusing my mum of taking a photo of her.As customers who often visit JD, we we’re terribly disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience in this JD sports branch in Karrinyup. It is our first time to experience such ill-mannered and judgemental attitude from the staff. This is the last time we are visiting that store and we are never going back again.

Really terrible customer service. The staff treat you like an inconvenience and when they're on the shop floor, they pretend to be busy by picking up the same shoe and putting it back on the shelf about 4-5 times. It seems like the store employs videogame NPCs.

The staff were not willing to help, and we had an especially bad experience with the girl at the front named Shari. Initially she ignored me and my children completely, not offering any help. Then when my daughter was trying on clothes, she quickly ran over and was very short when explaining there is only 5 items allowed per change room. I’m unsure if there was internalised racism occurring in front of me, but Shari was really worried about my children trying on clothes, and she just stood around keeping an eye on us. It made us feel like thieves for no reason. When I asked her why she was checking the clothes, she become very defensive and raised her voice at me - extremely unprofessional behaviour on her part. I’m really disappointed in the customer service I received today.

Amazing customer service. The young man helping me was more than happy to grab shoe sizes of a few different styles for me to try and even suggested other styles to try which I might like/ feel comfortable in. I left with a running shoe I really love. The people working here function really well as a team.
