I had a bad experiences today about 3pm as well. When I asked a question from manger he was very rude and he ignored me and I end up having arguments with him and the girl there she wouldn’t really care for thatI never go back to that shop again.Just terrible service and staff, very disappointed!

I attended Fila Watertown this week and was amazed by the high level of customer service. A lovely lad by the name of Seelan assisted me and he could not have been more helpful. I was fussy on the shoe I wanted and nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommend him and his management team for a great sales person and wonderful store

I visited the Fila water town around 4.30 today and I had a horrible horrible experience with the staff.I went to purchase a pair of work shoes and no one assisted me I myself looked for the size that fits and stacked the boxes back while the two girls at the counter were meddling with each other’s hair then when I went to pay they were eating at the counter.Really bad service..Apart from that Fila is a really good brand and I must say that the work shoes I purchased before lasted me a good three years.

Visited Fila Watertown last Saturday and was appalled with the service...not one person greeted myself or any others that were in the store nor asked anyone for help.The young men and young lady that were working talked about everything but the store and the young lady even yelled an expletive loudly!Very disappointed and won't visit again..
